I'm always impressed by the friendly atmosphere in Ric's and last night was even more so. It was a pleasure to see Marlinchen open for The Golden Circles. It was not the most direct pairing of bands, as Marlinchen chose some of their more sombre material, and The Golden Circles' nod to Belle and Sebastian was much more upbeat, but it's nice to have variety in one's evening.

I ablsoutley love your music. You guys are fantastic, It's defintely goose bump material. I'm DCRs (Timeoff) housemate. Ever since he got given one of your cds It's played everynight on my little cd player to 'unwind' and prepare for 'sleep' mode. Seeing you guys live just backs my comments. I'm a young and keen photographer who would love any practice taking band profile shots, gig shots etc, I'd be more than happy to do some pro-bono work. Keep up the great music.
Why thank you. I don't consider it an insult when people say they've nodded off during performances because that is the nature of the music.
